steering wheel is begging to discolor
steering wheel's leather is starting to get discolored and rough where i place my hands the most, does anyone know a good cover for just our steering wheel? i got one from autozone, but its universal and it just didnt feel right.... any ideas or products?

i remember when my mom had a 1997 C class we bought new, we tried to buy a steering wheel cover but every single universal one said "DOES NOT FIT MERCEDES BENZ"

oh yea, ive heard about that technique i heard its amazing and u get so much more adrenalin at high speeds! 
but seriously lol yea there are no covers :[ a new steering wheel is 300 on formymercedes . com so.... i may just buy a new one wen this gets beaten even more

Also, some local automotive upholstery shops custom make steering wheel wraps, but could be pricey thought. The leather on the MB steering wheel is very durable, maybe you should try to use leather cleaner and conditioner and see if that helps. I apply cleaner & conditioner to all interior leather surfaces once a month, and they still look like new.

i have black interior, it hasn't gotten bad yet u can see the dullness of the leather when the sun hits it, i want to get a steering wheel cover that is actually comfortable and feels like the regular one b.c. i want to protect it before it gets anyworse
szmb - idk if u have a dif. steering wheel from me, im going to take a picture to show u guys tomm, but its hard for a cover to go on ours b.c. of the four points they arent straight intot he steering wheel they curve into the wheel and that keeps the cover from sitting well its hard to xplain, ill throw on the crappy one i got from autozone to show u guys (plus it makes the wheel HUGE as if im driving a jap tuner lol
