I'm afraid he might be serious about what he has done. He has gone and replaced the airmatic struts with air suspension struts which he can control from inside his car .. you know like those low rider cars.
I'd rather watch 2 girls 1 cup than see those photos again.

As I told you in your other thread...

He's for real, guys. According to his other thread, he had failed airmatic components so instead of replacing them, he migrated to this.

No, it's real. Sonic Motorsports did the conversion for this guy.

It would be even better is if OP removed his tires and painted the outer circumference of his rims black (to LOOK like he has tires on). Not only would peeps admire OP's new ultra-ultra-ultra-ultra thin tires, but the car would be even LOWER than it is now, which would gain the respect of ricers everywhere! Not only that, but the car would put on an AWESOME light show when driven!

interesting but they mentioned (sonic) that they are working on a conversion kit from airmatic to conventional coilovers. wonder how that will end up.

You know what really freaks me out? In that other thread that was linked to, he is getting compliments! And the guy from "Sonic" is saying that it is a "VIP" look. Someone else says "glad to see you are pushing the envelope."
Are these guys in an alternate reality? Maybe if I throw rocks through my car windows these guys will come by saying "Woah nice mod man, who did that for you? way to push the envelope!"

o/t, but, being in the import export business of electronics, I REALLY wished the government would not allow A LOT of the stuff that people import in this country, it's real junk and it's not fair to consumers.

The "VIP" look is more common with Japanese vehicles than German. The styling is not for everyone though.
VIP STYLE WIKI
Cars associated with VIP style usually have common characteristics; such as large diameter rims (usually broad faced designs) with low offsets that sit flush with the fender, exhausts that stick out past the rear bumper (although not so much emphasized these days), a full bodykit or lip kit, glossy paint and a lowered ride height. It is not uncommon to see extremly negative camber on many VIP style cars. Traditional colors of VIP Style cars are usually black, white, grey and silver.
