Engineering Mode access key after updating to 46/06
Does anyone know how to enter engineering mode on the new software version of 46/06 on your command unit. I believe they changed the keys so people donot brick their command units. 1 3 8 doesn't work anymore after the updated software version 46/06.

Try this:
SERV --> Language --> back --> "end + up diagonally to the left arrow + audio"
it works in my comand but there is nothing to play with in EM in 46/06

To the OP....
If you're trying to access it to enable "DVD IN MOTION", it won't work. I'm sure you searched the forum and realized that the US COMANDs, lack the video processor required to render DVD video. However, some US COMANDs, like mine, are equipped with a DVD ROM. This will allow you to play .mp3 audio on a DVD, but that's about it. You do not need to access the engineering mode to enable it, its a simple COMAND update. This update disc can be purchased at your local dealer for $12.00, if memory serves. I do believe that this update will completely disable access into the engineering menu though.
There is so much that you can mess up in the engineering menu, and there's nothing to gain. Nothing. Unless, of course, you have a EURO COMAND.
