When I purchased from them a couple years ago, there was no way to contact them about problems--they ignore Emails.

Recommend instead you order directly from a dealer rather than a computer "front" that farms orders out to dealers.

For example,
Mercedes Parts - Get Mercedes Parts at Wholesale Prices
Prime Parts Superstore

And, if you're ordering anything fragile, e.g. brake pads or wheels, insist on UPS and not FedEx.

I have used them several times for a couple of different vehicles and never had a problem. Good pricing also.

I've used them before, no problems, but I have a good relationship with the counter guy, so I get the same or sometimes better prices. You may want to print out the price and go see if they will match it. Some parts guys are primadonnas and will laugh you out of the parts department, so you may want to try a couple of dealerships.

i got ittt...

hey guys thanks for all your responses. I finally ordered parts from them and honestly was kind of scared but hey after a week i got all the parts i needed in great shipping. but the only thing was the shipping charges were way too high. next time i would use mercedespartscenter.com since their charges is $10 only. wish i knew about that before i place the order.

You don't really have to shop around to find poor service,, it is just about everywhere today.

After hounding "Shawn" and "Chris" the service manager for two weeks he finally shipped my "in stock" order and what I received wasn't even close, other than being a liquid, to what I ordered. Trying to get someone on the phone there is extremely frustrating.

From now on if AutohausAZ or KO Performance doesn't carry it I'm going to the local dealer.

It's not difficult to deal with them. As long as you have an account and send them a message with your VIN explaining what you need they are very helpful. It has never taken them more than 2 days to respond to my emails. Maybe you are not doing it correctly because the same guy always answers my emails. I order from them at least twice a month. The most recent being the CLk BS sway bars I purchased. Great website!

I'm pretty sure we're talking about different places. I was referring to getmercedesparts.com.

Sure. I just wanted to clarify who my experience was with. I think I'll give parts.com a try.

I've ordered from parts.com before without any problems. I got my recent parts from AutohausAZ. Also no problems.

I realize this thread is old, but I just wanted to add that I have also gotten extremely poor service from this place. It's hard to get a hold of them by phone as they only have an answering service that directs you to leave a message and expect a callback, they don't return emails despite numerous attempts, and my orders have arrived with missing parts which led to unanswered messages.

I ordered from p.com and also had issues. After two weeks with confirmation of order I finally got an email stating sorry we can't ship that item.

Now A..........AZ has become my primary supplier.
