Looks like it's just the passenger side with the driver side working fine? Try swapping left and right side and see if the issue follows the LED (if so, probably just a faulty LED and we can warranty that), but if the issue stays with the socket, you could have a socket issue. Try cleaning out the socket to make sure it's free of corrosion and make sure when you pulled it out, you didn't pull out any of the wiring into the connector by accident.

The thing is regular bulbs works fine. Led's left and right just blinking.

ok, no worries. might just be defective or damaged during shipping. Send an email to aznoptics@gmail.com and include your username, name, address, and the bulb type and color and we'll get a warranty bulb shipped out to you.

my number plate festoons went after just 2 months on the car and one of the front city light led's also gone . one still holding there but from time to time I get an error on the dash from that .
Any idea what can be the cause of that ?

Hmm, take a picture of both sides of the LEDs and email to me at aznoptics@gmail.com so I can assess them.

Yeah, you've got my previous gen festoons. I've since redesigned them with built in heat sinks to help protect them from surges and dirty voltage. I'll shoot out a warranty replacement.

Ok, just met with my w211 tester. Apparently my last batch has of 194 Wedge in 5000K has an issue with w211s with them blinking on and off. We tested my 8000K from previous batch and they worked just fine. So for those of you with this blinking issue, you have two options at this point....One, I can issue a full refund and will comp you for return shipping of the LEDs, just shoot me a PM letting me know what you want.... or Two, I will put your contact information down for my next batch which should be coming in mid-end of this month and ship you a new set that should be back to my original spec and design before this issue popped up. All I need from you is a PM with your name and address and transaction number and I will mark you down.

I apologize for this issue but was told by my Mercedes tech rep that the voltage specs are the same across all MB lines (except new model MLs), so when I test all these LEDs on my test C and SL, made the assumption they would work just fine for all other models. Apparently that's not the case and w211s might vary just enough in terms of specs to make them slightly different.

Hi Michael,
Both my license plate festoons went out as well. They were the heat sink variety.

Really? Both? Did they both just go out at the same time or did they degrade with one going out then the second?

H7 (and all HIDs) freight shipment is still stuck in customs for the past few weeks with no movement from what I can see. Still working with customs and DOT to get them cleared.

right side has LED light, left side is the stock gross bulb.

I also updated the HID bulbs from Phillips 85122, to Osram 5000K (66240 CBI).
New bulbs is on the right, old phillips on the left. Driving at night is much better, as bulbs are brighter and color temp is closer to pure white.

All bulbs upgraded.

Any update on plug and play turn signal bulbs?
I want to upgrade the turn signal as well, but it seems nobody has plug and play led bulbs for the W211. AZN website says the 1156 wedge can work on Mercedes turn signals, except it needs additional resistor added to the wiring. Can the wedge be modified to change the built in resistor value? I would much rather solder or otherwise mod the wedge to be plug and play, instead of wiring up resistors to the harness.
https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-w...d-parking.html

Check out this thread the OP and myself got the turns working. Very slight modification to get it to fit..otherwise its plug and play.

I also installed the 5000k wedge bulbs tonite and they are very crystal clear white, but they dont really match the OEM HIDs, which are more blueish.

What temp is the OEM HID bulb?

OEM HIDs are 4300k, however, as they age and degrade, they will shift up the kelvin scale. OEM should have no blue at all when new.
