Just a quick note for anyone looking at this thread. I got a PM from AZN optics almost immediately to set up the paypal, then got the paypal invoice the same evening as my initial post, and today received my bulbs. 5 days later, two of which were weekend days, I just thought I would point out the quick service I received as a positive reference for anyone considering these bulbs.

ExploreWaiting on COB to make that part available. We might just look at a different SMD chip if we don't see any movement.
Looks like for 8000K versions, we might have to move towards the new CREE XB chip rather than COB, this might make us move towards a different design as we want to streamline our component sources.
Well, I wouldn't say better. There are also different submodels between COB and CREE. Before I'd say CREE used to be industry leaders, but competition has caught up so now CREE, COB, Toyoda Gosei, Samsung, Osram etc are pretty much on par with each other in terms of quality. And new models keep coming out that jumps previous models. We try to keep up with emerging technology which is why we keep updating our revisions to bring you the best in market.

I put these in last month - Sylvania H7 SilverStar Ultra Halogen Headlight Bulbs
and they aren't as bright as I would like. Are the ones you have brighter?
What should I order for my 07 E550 4Matic Sport? I want high and low beams or is there a complete package that you have. I'm not very savvy to this so please keep that in mind. Thank You
I want bright white not blue

Are you looking to stick with halogen bulbs, or upgrade to an HID kit? Originally Posted by kennyw418

If you want to stick with halogens, the SilverStar Ultra are one of the brightest halogen bulbs available. Philips X-treme Power and Osram Nightbreakers are comparable with marginal increase.
If doing an HID conversion kit, we carry top end Morimoto HID conversion kits that will be plug and play, error free for your w211. LEDs are not recommended for forward projecting main light due to the housing not designed to capture LED light spread. You'd basically end up with reduced throw distance and light scatter. LEDs are good for indication type lighting (parking lights, signals, sidemarkers, etc) or short throw illumination (rear plates, interior, etc).

Looking for 194/168 driving lights for a w211.
So it seems the only option for those are the 360 degree ones. Website says out of stock for V3 5000k 360 leds and to check out the new 5000k ones.
I do not see any 5000K 360 degree V5 in the website.
I dont want 8000k ones, too blue.
Am i blind or do these not exist?
Thanks

On surface level, they do not appear 360, but because of the slight curvature of the COB diode as well as the thin edge, it will still appear as one big globe of light

Your fog lights should be 9006 units. We carry Morimoto 9006 HID conversion kits if interested. These are high end units, plug and play, and offered in 5000K pure white, and 6000K white with a slight bluish hue.
