Thank you for the speedy response gents, seems those links didn't work until I quoted ya'll!
Are these available in various colors or only 5000k? If other colors are available, I am looking for something mostly white with a hint of blue, trying to match the headlights (I believe they're xenon?)

Lights work beautifully, however the driver side city light turns off for a moment occasionally giving me an error that the bulb is out... I removed the bulb and attempted to clean the contacts but everything looked fine... suggestions?

try swapping the bulbs left and right to see if the issue follows the bulb (damaged unit) or if it stays on the side (maybe some wiring/contact issue).

Will try this and report back this weekend, thank you!

After several days of having switched the bulbs, the problem has followed the bulb to the other side.
I recently bought 8 (only intended to buy 4) of your 4300k LED bulbs to replace my front side markers and my city lights. On your website they said they were error free for Mercedes-Benz but they triggered a bulb out warning. I noticed recently that you no longer have them on your site. Is there any way I could exchange these for the 5000k ones that are truly error free? Please let me know. Thanks!

They are error free. Did you power cycle your vehicle after installing?
I did. Should I have left it off for a certain amount of time? I have your LED license plate lights and they work great with no errors whatsoever. Not when I first put them in or anything,

Do they light up and throw code (power cycle with lights off, fully crank engine on then off) or do they not light up and throw code (check polarity if so).

They lit up just fine first try. I plugged them in with the lights on so I could get the polarity right and I guess I got it correct the first time. I then checked the dash and saw the error message, so I power cycled the car. Error message still present so I removed the LED bulb.
Do you think I should try again with two bulbs installed? Does the BOW system on these cars compare side vs side like the older Mercs? When I installed the license plate bulbs I put both of them in before I checked the dash and saw no error message.

Plug in one at a time to test if you just have a faulty unit which we can then warranty. If for some reason the V5 are incompatible with your vehicle, we can look to swap to newer v5.2a model. Though we know the V5 worked with w211 error free.

I got back in town yesterday and was able to try these lights again. This time, I installed them with the car turned off. All 4, city lights and front side markers (I've got clear DEPO lenses) and when I started the car, they all lit up and NO ERRORS!!! I am absolutely satisfied and I do apologize for my incompetence on the install the first time. No fault of yours or your products. 100% recommend these lights to anyone looking for LEDs to match the OEM xenon HIDs. Will post pics soon.
