I doubt a junkyard will sell you this and break-up his switch.
Fortunately these are universal to 2003-2007 cars so MY year is no convcern. Also same part in CLK and CLS as well.

Thanks for your post mobinakhtar,
Unfortunately, MB doesn't sell this separately I have to buy the entire switch assembly (about $500CAD).
I am hoping someone has replace their faulty switch and have the old one kicking around so I can buy that piece off.
Thx

DUDE!!!!!!! Did you call them?????????????
Its $4.30 on ebay here (remove _ to copy link) - brand new dealer part. Auction says W124 but thats a type it seems - this should fit (they have diff auctions for L and R side). If not, just email them and they can confirm.
this comes from hongkong - but I have bought from them before. it just takes like 3 wks to come in the mail.

my local dealer in Houston (MB of sugar land) says its something they need to order. This part often falls off at car wash during detail.
on ebay - type "headrest switch mercedes and you will find these among other older switches."

mobinakhtar,
Thanks for your reply again!
Actually I went there yesterday and talk to the parts manager and he specifically mentioned to me that plastic piece is not sold separate and I have to buy the entire switch assembly (at least in Canada).
For that link you posted I also checked however, that is for the W124 and not sure if they fit or not but the shape is little different

I am hoping this piece can be bought separately so I don't need to get the the entire switch (very costly) and if possible do you mind to check your locate dealer to see if they will sell this part separately?
If they do I can order from them and have them ship to me.
Thank you in advance!

I will stop-by on myway to work and confirm. You are right - what someone told me over the phone may not be true in person. I also agree that part looks different. try emailing the ebay seller - maybe they also have same part for w211.

Ironically, I'm looking for the exact same part. I also was told I had to order the switch module.
I found these for a chrome upgrade, but they are just covers.

Scroll down about mid-page. "Chrome Seat Control Covers"
Need to still find the knobs
