Need a Nice License Plate Frame
I need a nice chrome license plate frame that won't rust in the harsh Chicago winter. Also I would prefer something that doesn't cost more than $25.

Many, Many types of frames. I prefer thin, non Logo on my cars. Priced right, well made.

fwiw, I've used the ones that Barry posted (although in black.) Very good frames.
But then I went to the Ital frames (from the same vendor.) Super quality and they use a rubber gasket sandwiched between the plate and frame. They are thicker, but very sturdy.

I went over to Autozone. They had what I was looking for; very lean, discreet, chrome, metal frames without any overboard flair. Put them on both my cars, no issues with weathering either... Sorry, I have no reference on the part number or brand. My approach was a clean look, and they had what I wanted...about $12.00 each

You will find any style and type license plate frame on ebay.
Bought a brushed SS one with the star MB logo for the rear, then realized there is another MB star just above..Too many stars.
Got another brushed SS with black Mercedes Benz letters and it looks good.
The price was somewhere in the low teens if that.
Go ebay...heck I bought my car on ebay, been lucky so far, and I will be the first one to *****.

You need to go with the slim line polished stainless steel license plate frame; superb quality. M-Bz Part #Q6880005. Retails at nearly $30, but you can find it for less at parts.com via OEM catalog search. The pkg includes the hardware and caps for a clean looking install.
I live on the FL coast, and the frames on my 3 cars look good as new.
