Hello, I am Haider from Iraq, and I have a very big problem. There is no specialist here for this Mercedes S 2012 car. I will attach pictures of the problem for you, as the entry was made through me and the coding I had in the brains in the car was sabotaged. Please advise me. Thank you.

a 2012 will have the later NTG3.5 unit - this whole thread is ONLY for the NTG3.0 comand unit

if the hard drive in your comand died (thats what the hardrdive does on the 3.5 unit...) you’ll need a new image to load no one here has ever said they have it.... a second hand unit might be working and you can copy that units drive

if someone has played with the software in other modules and messed up - find someone or take to a delaer
