Exhaust on my w211 e500

Well after some trial and error, I have finally gotten my exhaust to sound very nice and I love the set up. Just thought I would share with everyone. I removed the resonators and mufflers on my car. Replaced the resonators with a magnaflo muffler (put it in the same spot) and the quad tips. Car sounds very mean and clean. Will try to post up a sound clip later today.

That's where you lost me LOL... I removed my resonators and put the magnaflo muffler there. ( in that spot ) So there is no room for the resonators there.

your set up should be like this:

Headers------Cats--------Resonator---------Mufflers------Tips

So basically you have 3 mufflers on the car now? lol

Do you have a picture of your car with them installed? I think I may want to purchase some soon.

What about removing secondary cats only? (leave stock resonator and mufflers)
