Rear diffuser on non sport

I have wondered this too. It seems like it should work. It would serve as a great template for cutting the stock bumper to install AMG dual-tip mufflers. You could buy a carbon fiber diffuser from JBspeed to test-fit it. If it isn't possible, you can at least sell it on this forum or ebay, provided you don't damage it. Let me know what you learn. I am going to ask JBspeed what he thinks.

I was looking at this diffuser on Ebay...
W211 REAR DIFFUSER APRON SKIRT E320 MERCEDES 03-6 ONLY
They indicated that, while it says it's for W211, the manufacturer only tested it on a E320.
They provided this pic of the diffuser installed. Looks ok, only I don't really like the way it curves up instead of having a straight look to it.
Maybe I haven't had my E500 long enough to tell, but the bumper in the pic, looks a little different than mine.
Looking at the photo closer, it looks like the part around the exhaust might be separate from the diffuser itself. Wonder if they're able to just sell the exhaust pieces for a cutout.

Definitely not as nice as the E55 diffuser, but if the exhaust pieces can be installed by themselves, I may just get this as well. I don't plan on doing a quad tip, so it's not that big of deal for me whether it's like the E55 or not.
