Can anyone tell me how to remove the wood trim on the door panel?

Can anyone tell me how to remove the wood trim on the door panel?
I figured everything else out pretty much...except for the door panel. Do I just pry it out with a plastic wedge or something?

remove door panel.
once off the car there will be one time use clips on the back that you will have to pry to remove the remove the wood trim.
