BI-XENON leveling faulty
Hi,
it happens that my right side auto leveling is not working... or is stuck at minimum. Just noticed today...
It is a end of 2004 E220CDI T
When I turn on car, left side runs self check down and up, while the right side does not.
Since the car usually starts at middle then down then levels, I could think that it ran out of reels ?!? when checking low heigth?
Any help?

Yes, it was only the right side. I took the car to the dealer ( under warranty) and They told me to drive the car for several miles to recharge the battery. Because I don't drive this car enought ( 2500 miles per year) I had this problem more than once. Since then I drive it every weekend for around 30 miles and the light are working fine. I hope this helps.

I've noticed that on my E350, the right active bi-xenon headlight dips down and back up right after I start the engine, but the left is not doing anything. I'll be asking the dealer to investigate the discrepancy when I get a chance.

Low batery ?
You dont hav to run the car to charge the battery. That would be an expencive way of doing it. Just connect a battery charger sometimes during the year. Or use a charger with a maintenance program that keeps your battery folly loaded all year around.
