2007 E350 vibration when braking at high speed

6 months ago I accidentally hit a pothole. It was so hard that my rear passenger side tire lost pressure right away. I decided to change all four tires because the other tire also needs to be replaced soon. It’s Michelin Pilot Sport A/S plus from Costco. When I went pick up the car at Costco, they told me that the rear rim on passenger side is bent and the front passenger side also problem.
So I took to Mercedes dealer to have rear rim placed and all four wheel alignment done. The car was in good driving condition first 3 months. I then start to notice the vibration and the noise when braking from high speed, 80 mph down to 40 mph.
The car still drives very smooth at any speed (up to 90 mph); there is no pulling to the left or to the right and no vibration as long as I don’t hit the brake.
Last week I took the car to local shop for test drove and I was told that the noise and vibration is coming from the rear because there is no vibration on the steering wheel. He told me that he can only feel vibration only on the brake paddle and that is how I also feel when I’m driving.
So I replaced rear rotor with after market rotor (Centric Cross drill and slotted rotor), OEM pad and OEM sensor. Right after rotor replacement I took the car to Costco to have the tire balanced.
I was so disappointed that the car still has the same exact problem, noise and vibration when braking from high speed.Anyone has any idea where the problem is coming from? What should I do next? The car now has 30k miles.
Thanks,

I'm not sure about this one, I have seen some similar issues coming from a bent inner tie-rod.

You should be able to feel if the vibrations are coming from the back or the front, vibrations without movements in the steering wheel does not necessarily mean that the issue is at the back.

Have they checked things like your tie-rods, axles, ball-joints etc ?

Which suspension is on your car, as your control arm bushings might be failing caused by the vibrations from your previous incident, or other suspension components for that matter ?

Have the wheel hubs been checked ? if there is more than 0.03mm flex they have to be replaced.

Have the wheel bearings been checked as well ?

Just my 2 cents to this to try to get it going, I'm sure there is much more qualified people out there to help with this.

Thanks for the respond,

I'm taking car back to shop and will have wheel bearing check, actually it’s not so much the vibration. It’s more like 30% vibration and 70% noise from the tire or from the rough road or from some part of the car, but yet it's so smooth and quiet when not touching brake even at 80 mph.
