2004 E-500
I ordered my 2004 E-500 4-Matic today 
, however I won't see the car until November 
. After owning two Black E-320's I decided it was time for a color change so I went for Brilliant Silver w/Ash Interior. The option package numbers have changed for 2004. I ordered the following:
Pkg#
320 HK Sound System, CD Changer
322 Appearance Package (formally Sports Package)
323 Heated Seats, Heated Steering Wheel
440 Sun Roof
289 Wood Steering Wheel
Since there is a waiting list for the 4-Matics the best I could do was get $500 off the msrp (To be determined).
Thanks to all those who gave me input which helped me make my decision.
The waiting game begins!

nyca: You know, that is the way that it seems, since I did not see the option anywhere, but that does not make any sense to me.
And I think that the semi-active suspension is the Airmatic.
