Pssssssssss! Help!!

Airmatic issue))) I was sitting in my car on my drive way and heard a psssss and then slowly felt my car go down from my front right corner. I got out and hear air leaking from the wheel well . Could it be possible that my air bag got a leak or maybe one of the air lines.. The car is sitting properly on all 3 corners except the the front right. Any suggesting? All the car is on I hear the airmatic compressor working trying to the airbag.. It goes up about an inch but I just hear the pssss of leaking air.. Help guy.. Where should I look..

Anywhere there's air lines, and on the bag/strut.

I'm new at this, just trying to think logically

is the driveway not completely level? The airmatic suspension will level the body out on uneven surfaces and in some cases that means that certain corners will not be symmetric to the other side. In your case, seems like the area where the front right is sitting is probably higher than the other corners.

Try moving it out onto the street where it's dead level to see if it compensates. If there was a leak I'd think you'd hear the compressor running constantly. Otherwise, the sensor or wires might be bad.

Don't let it go on "too long". You'll kill the air compressor from continuously running it. Fix it right away or don't use the car.

agreed...you will fry out the compressor if it continues to kick on/off to keep the shock full.

That's a fact. I am on compressor #2. Mine was under warranty and dealer kept saying no problem. Then burned out compressor. When driving out with new compressor rear air springs totally blew out and collapsed giving red warning in FSS. Then they believed what I was telling them for the previous 3 months and 3 trips to the dealer. Sometimes the customer DOES know what IS going on.

I think there's a field in the MB service system to identify us as "forum members"

You are probably right but they must have forgot to check the block on my records. Had they known they might have saved MB some Euro's.
