who else with Sport package got jipped with H-rated tired?
I think the consensus was that if your car was built before a certain date it came with the H rated tires. After that date all the sport cars came with W rated tires as advertised. If you do a search you should be able to find the thread on this topic.
I have the window sticker for my car and all it says for the sport package wheels/tires is:
"17" Sport Wheels with 245/45R17 tires"
No reference to W rated tires

edit: here is the link to that thread

No complaints from me so far, but even if they were inferior, I'm not subtle enough to notice any difference.

From the web site, if you click details when you are building the car: "245/45WR17 high-performance tires", notice the W.
Also, on the Features...Specifications...Chassis part of the web site for the E, a description of the Tires has a footnote as follows:
Tires Steel-belted radial, standard. 225/45R17 95H, performance. With optional Sport Package: 245/45R17 95W, high-performance.2
2. W-rated tires are optimized for performance driving and may provide reduced ride comfort, increased tire noise, substantially increased treadwear and greater susceptibility to damage compared with H-rated tires.
