Wanted to ask GROUP opinion and feedback on Fuchs oil.
Garage where I change my oil is now offering MB approved oil from a European Oil Supplier called "Fuchs". http://www.fuchslubricants.com
I would like your opinion on Fuchs Fully Synthetic 0w40 and 5w40 motor oils.
I've found the oil approved by MB is used in Europe as a standard for most European Performance Cars.
But a second opinion is always useful.
Thanks

I would just make sure what they are using meets the current MB Spec. of 229.5 or 229.51 for diesels.

Hi, for all Services A or B, oil changes, brakes, transmission service, diagnostics or small repair I use this company :
www.mercedesnomad.com
I am very satisfied with service and prices, plus the convenience of having it done at home.
Thanks,

Hi group;
So thanks to you and some more research on internet last week Thursday I got my oil change for the first time to “ Fuchs Fully Synthetic 0w40” also got my oil and air filter replaced by my friend Nelson from www.mercedesnomad.com in my driveway.
Last Sunday we took a nice ride to visit my buddy in Sweet Valley PA, around 130 miles each way on the way back just out of curiosity I checked my mileage and MPG and I was pleasantly surprised it was 30MPG, on the way my windows ware open, few traffic lights, few stops in the traffic and this Mpg’s!
In the pass I was getting around 26MPG on open highway.
Maybe this car was made to run on this oil.
Thanks
