Talking 2003 E500 Sport with no mileage FOR SALE

I am considering selling my 2003 E500 Sport with NAV COMMAND that will be delivered in the next two months. It is Brilliant Silver with Charcoal interior, CD Changer, HK Sound, Regular Sunroof, Bi Xenons. I will release only if I can get fair market value. I paid $60,000 plus but will take $59,000.

Did you forget depreciation? Brand new 03s are not likely worth the price paid last year. The market value may be many thousands less right now. I bought my 01 E in mid summer and the price was much lower than the sticker.

2003 Pewter Silver E500, 18" Style IV w/Pilot Sport
With the '04s coming in soon, the dealers are selling the '03s for close to invoice. So I think that invoice would be what you might expect.

Just trying to be helpful.

i think that thing is worth 50k, take the 10k loss on depreciation and move on. I can get an E500 for 55k out the door including taxes and warranty from a CERTIFIED DEALER.

59k after taxes will be 64's buying from a stranger off the street. No need to do that when you can get it from a certified dealer.

Guys will only buy if it's cheap off the street. It's a hassle to get cash or loan from 64k.

E500
If you don't want the car, you can just tell your dealer that you don't want it and they will return your deposit.

no he can't. it's his nav replacement car that he's talking about. he gets a new car to replace his current car w/o comand.

personally, i don't think it's *that* bad of a deal. sure i have a lot of options on my E320 but i got a decent deal ($1500 over invoice) and with tax, extended warranty, out the door? It was like $60k. i'd take an e500 brand new for $50k even if it doesn't have panorama sunroof and keyless go and a few of the other options i have.

Rock.

yeah i know. i'm just trying to say that $50k is too low...it's cheaper than the price of a new e320

...and $59k is a slight bit too high. they go for like $55k on ebay.

Rock.
