cigarette lighter stopped working and cant turn on car

i have a 2006 Mercedes E350 sedan. i had a little flashlight connected to the front 12V cigarette lighter for about a month. i drove to my momma's house to visit and all of a sudden i cant remote open/close the doors[ the key fob buttons ain't working ] so i used the little key to open the door . i tried to turn on the car but it wouldn't,tried to jump-start it [didnt work] , got my wife to bring me my other key fob and it did not work either.
ive been doing some research on mbworld.org and i believe that the cig fuse is connected to the alarm/engine immobilizer [ dont know if its true ].
I DO NOT HAVE MY MANUAL { it came with the car but i have no idea where it is or if i even still have it}
the other 12v cig still works
i figured the first thing i should try is to replace the cig fuse but i have no idea which one it is . when i did a search the reply's were usually check the manual.
can you please tell me where the fuse is located before i have to tow it to mercedes ?

I believe the position the lighter fuse is put into determines whether the lighter is powered at all times or goes dead a little while after the car is shut off. Is it possible yours stays hot all the time & the flashlight discharged your battery?

...or maybe your battery went bad.
