I think the standing star looks much more elegant than the flat badge, that's just my opinion. Why? Because it isn't an AMG it's an E350... therefore the double badging on the grille and the hood looks weird to me. With the duplicate flat badging like that it looks bad. There are a few things which are a bit off with your car but I don't know why everyone is giving you so much flak, I think it looks better! Not complete though.

Well I know you stayed away from it but since you have another Mercedes-Benz seal on the hood as you do on the grille it looks weird tbh. Also, look into blacking out or changing out your fog light surrounds the chrome looks awful as it did on my car before I used some PlastiDip

Like the idea of a body color grille. but I agree with AMGAffalterbach, put the hood star back. Also, the chin looks a bit off for me but its your car and what matters is how you see it! 
did you put new wheels and did you wrap the roof with vinyl?

I personally like the whole look, the color and the grill-lip. Looks badass, I don't care if you went with the dual badge or a mix, it's your ride and that's what makes it unique with your branding, by the way, where did you get the lip and grille from? and who painted it? thanks
