L.E.D. Lights Above License plate?
Hello All,
Has anyone replaced the halogen bulbs above thier license plate to LED? If so, which ones have you used? Did you have to splice a resistor to the wires to get rid of the "bulb out" message?

I found that the regular plastic housings that hold the license plates lights block out a lot of light due to the ridges on them. I tried with the brightest LED bulbs and could not get decent lighting.

Oh that, don't mind that. My buddy that does my LED was just testing out some LED reverse lights. I've stuck with it since. It looks really cool. 
As for the license plate lights, I'm not sure, sorry. I just paid him $40-$50 and had him get it for me. (I don't question him much anymore lol)
