722.901 (7-speed) transmission – PM your VIN & email address I will send a copy of datacard (initial delivery date, factory installed equipment, engine & transmission serial #s, etc).

If you have a credit card with a US billing address, you can get a free EPC account. The EPC will have the data card (what's OEM), parts diagrams and list for North American MBZ cars. There are also free on-line repair manuals for older models.

The automatic transmission control unit (gear box control unit) of my car go out (VIN: WDD2110545L010276). Can you help me please? I need part number and price of it.
I've got a garage to change transmission oil/filter - they charged me 07 litters. Is it enough ? Thank you in advance...

See post #3 above to get access to EPC parts list. You can check the prices on mbpartsworld or mbonlineparts for mercedes dealer parts. autohausaz and rockauto for OEM and aftermark parts. A local dealer will do the ATF fluid replacement for $300.
Get a confirmation on the part number(s) from your mechanic. On the 722999 01 140823 transmission, the transmission control module will likely need to be programmed by the dealer. I've haven't heard of a 722 999 transmission but that what was on the epc.

part A 220 270 31 06 rebuilt is $1995.
So make sure it's broken and can't be repaired before replacing the whole electronics. I'm surprised that he replaced the ATF when the electronics were malfunctioning. Make sure it not a simple problem of improper fluid level or resetting the computer. If it is that $2000 part that needs replacing, it getting to a price point in just replacing the transmission with a used one, if possible. :
