W211 Wheel Rubbing Help

Just got my front wheels mounted after 2 weeks of waiting. they are 20x10's ET35 in front with 235/30r20 tires with a 15mm spacer. im rubbing on turns with dips. should i pull my front fender? i want to go lower but won't be able to go lower with the wheels rubbing. with the steering wheel turned all the way i have about 1/4" clearance on both sides from the top of my tire to my fender.

either you roll your fender or take off the spacers. the stance looks so good, shame about rubbing.

how bad is the rubbing? sounds like you dont have a choice but to roll the fenders. that way it wont have any change on the stance.

for me, 20x10 ET35 for the front is a bit wide but it does look really goooooood! especially as low as that.

my front wheels are sticking out about 1". in the picture is my lowest setting and has about 1/4" of clearance sitting on a level floor. everytime i do a turn with a dip i rub. im guessing i'll have to pull my fenders.

Roll your fender, but for the record spacers aren't really the best thing to run on a daily driven vehicle for safety reasons.

Hey as long as you're not getting the weird tightening issue I've seen on spacers when you go to torque the lugs in the proper star pattern then it's probably okay, I just think getting the correct offset is the best choice. Either way your deep concaves look good (what brand are they by the way?), but if you rent or buy a fender rolling tool that attaches to your hub, just make sure to use a heat gun to work with the fender and keep touch up paint handy if you get any chipping or cracking - which will probably happen, but that's he only way to fix your issue imo - and I probably wouldn't lower more, it looks great and super low as it is but if you go lower you'll just intensify the issue.

I was thinking about buying a tool and rolling my fenders since I can use it on my e55 as well. Touch up paint is cheap for me. I use a silver sharpie that matches my paint 98% one of the best lol.

Get some real touch up paint man hahahaha corrosion is not a good way to go in any circumstance. What state are you in if you don't mind me asking? If you're in or around Colorado (definitely looks more like California in your pictures though) or you plan to travel through I have a friend from D3Detail that will roll all of your fenders with the tool and a professional heat gun for $20...

lol sharpie?? cmon bro...

are those vertini monaco's? your front size/offset is similar to what i was running. you're gonna need to either widen your front fenders or run a really aggressive stretch to clear that setup. I was running 225/35 on my 10" fronts.

there's not really much to roll up front, i would say pull AND stretch more especially if you want to go lower... but do you want to tuck rim? in the end though if the suspension is too soft you will always rub on dips and turns.

had the rear rolled and front shaved. a bit more clearance, but no difference lol. couldn't get my front pulled since my front bumper was not reinforced.

Ah I think you're right, but in any circumstance if you're down to bear metal you risk debris and moisture getting under the paint in the surrounding area and causing issues as it gets older. Had that happen on my dad's old car even without rust in a very arid climate.

I didn't want to start a new thread so I guess I can ask this here. I have a 19x10 24offset wheel up front. I like to drive low so I will definitely need a roll or slight pull. How much clearance can I expect to gain? Is it possible to gain an inch of extra clearance without having to repaint?
