Recall on SBC not covered by MB

2005 E320
Recall on SBC not covered by MB
2005 e320 and need to replace the SBC which should be done under warranty. MB will not cover it because the car has a salvage rebuilt on the title. All the mechanic work was done by Manhattan Mercedes Benz and passed a safety inspection by MB and New Jersey Motor vehicles. Just any thoughts to get this warranty done??

Salvage / Rebuilt titles cancel all manufacturer warranty responsibility.
(Hence why the cars are cheaper)
