Video - E500 test at a Race Track
E500 Racetrack
If the video doesn't start up in your Browser or Media Player, but start to download instead, you better configure your Browser to show Streaming Video. Otherwise you're into a 17Mb download!
The comments are in Norwegian, and therefore probably impossible to be understood by most of you. But the video is the important part.
If you have any problems viewing the video, please let me know. I have never done this before.
Enjoy! (Hopefully)

Man! You Norweigians really like to push your automobiles hard. I've never seen an E500 driven that aggressivly.
It's nice to know that maybe someday I can enter my W211 in a drifting competition and show all those ricers how it's done.
I can't understand a word they're saying but the smiles on their faces speak volumes.

Man I would kill to understand what they are saying. I wonder how much of that work is done by ESP and 4matic. The drivers look as though they are not putting any effort into the driving at all. What an awesome car.

History was made in Wales today when 555 Subaru World Rally Team driver Petter Solberg became the first Norwegian to win the FIA World Rally Championship for drivers.

Very impressive driving-I don't think I would ever want to drive my car that aggressively(unless its a neighbours car
) and the drivers make it look so easy! Thanks for the vid!

interesting clip.
alot of the shots where the car is oversteering appear to be driver induced, you can see him changing steering angle to do it. not sure if they are doing this to demonstrate the ESP (hard to tell without knowing what they are saying), or are doing it because it looks cool on the video.

Fantastic video! I think they were showing some shots with ESP on and some without - I sure wish I understood what they were saying. ESP won't let you hang the rear out like he was doing. ESP will cut the throtle at a hint of rear wheelspin.
