Look this picture (nice grill), where to buy??????
Guys:
Check this out E-Class with new model grill (like CLK, SL, ML). I think this is real good. Make the car looks sportier.
Click the link here:
http://server945.gisol.com/~iocombo/serv2/mb.jpg
(for some reason, I cannot attach the picture damn it!!)
Anyone know:
1. how much does it cost?
2. where to buy?
3. is it easy to install/uninstall the grill?
4. is it easy to install/uninstall the "stand" 3-star MB emblem into sport MB emblem?
5. Let me know your thought about this new grill.
Help.. still knows nothing how to detach part from the car.

I was seriously considering it myself. I had seen an installation done by a board member. I'll to post his pic. If you look closely you see that the grille overlaps the hood in his installation.
In the Expression photos the grille looks great until you realize that to install it properly, you must grind off part of the hood, weld the grille to the hood bondo over the seam and repaint the whole hood. That's straight from the people at Expression
I chose the Lorinser grille and I love it now, but when I tire of it I can easily change to something else.
Sorry, I can't get this picture to attach either... PM me and I'll email it to you.

I ordered the grill from Performance Products and it just arrived today. Cost was 500 bones. The box it came in, was annotated with GAP (German Auto Parts) the acronym was stylized similar to AMG.
It is a two piece grill with the outer ‘ring’ of the grill requiring paint to match the cars color. Fit and finish is not what I expected given cost, but I feel it will complement the AMG front/rear bumper and side skirts. The plastic screen behind the MB star requires some cutting to make way for the hood release. There are 6 (8 MM) screws holding on the original grill. The new grills holes don’t quite line up, and the screws delivered with the new grill are 4mm – kinda cheesy in my opinion. There are threaded sleeves that appear to be part of the outer rings casting. Given the fact that things don’t quite line up, I’m going to re-engineer the mounting screws and utilize a stud concept to attach the grill. I feel it will be much cleaner and sturdier.
In terms of EXBEEMER’s comments (BTW, me too – would you believe I got rid of an M5 for the E500? – that’s another long story) I’m not sure about going to all the trouble of trying to make the grill look seamless – I think it’s just a poor picture that implies the grill as being part of the hood.
Once I get everything sorted out on the car, I’ll post a pic or two.

Do yourself a favor, return the Expression grille like I did and pick up the Lorinser grille. It fits perfectly, has far superior build quality, and doesnt have a lip that fits over the front of the hood. The lorinser fits entirely the same way your factory grille fits.

I liked the look of the lorinsor grille and even puchased one from CEC. However, after getting jerked around for close to two months, I gave up when it was obvious that they could not deliver the product.
