w211 wagon: tailgate lock problems
Hello, new to this forum. Hopefully someone can help me.
Just replaced the tailgate locking mechanism on my 2006 W211 E500 Wagon. The gears on the old one had worn out. This is a genuine mercedes part.
Now the lock keeps on going through a lock/unlock process showing on the dash. It happens when stopping or puling away, or turning a tight corner. I don't see any way to calibrate the lock. Do you have any idea what to do?
