1st choice would be a Wald body kit. Why? Do a search on Benzoboi's E55. Nicest W211 I've seen so far!!! 2nd choice would be Brabus. I just like kits that are subtle and that wouldn't detract the styling cues on the W211. There may be other people that would beg to differ, but that's just me.

Personally like the carlsson kit, it might not look different to most people but its subtle and ofcourse very few actually have them on their E classes.. so i vote Carlsson!

carlsson makes a good design kits but unfortunaltely the new e class carlsson they make it really hard to install to the car's. Basicly the installation guy have to cut the OEM bumper which is most of the owner will not do it..
I think one of my friend is making the carlsson kits to whole bumper conversion...and it will distribute to USA and other countries but dunno when??
thanks

Wald is the most economic one, Brabus for sure is the most popular and elegant one and Fabulous is the most aggressive one (& 6-8 weeks waiting period at least). Carlsson (too few pictures are available )
According to the reps in Wald and Fabulous headquaters in Japan, more young Japanese choose Fabulous over Wald. Even though Fabulous is a little bit too much, I still really wanna see one running on the street rather than the pictures.
Decision shall be made very easily: Pricewise, I choose Wald; Lookwise, I choose Brabus. Trying to be on the magazine cover, I choose Fabulous.
Please let the Forum people know your final choice. Thankx

I've been to both Fabulous's so-called 'showroom' and Wald's, and met both presidents, seen their show cars.
My opinions, Wald is the leading aero parts maker for Merc in Japan. Their kits are subtle and executive type. Fabulous are meant for young people in Japan, more 'outrageous' and loud.
There's also another company making aero parts for Merc, and they are second only to Wald - Auto Couture.
The fitting is the best for Wald. Seamless. Fabulous fit quite alright but gaps will appear after a while. Auto Couture's fits nicely too.

I have a fabulous kit on my w210, I wanted to be different then everybody else in the show scene. The scene is flooded with brabus, carlsson and Lorinser kits, so called "mainstream kits". Thats why I went with the fabulous kit. I know most of you guys hate the kit and think it is ugly.

The Fabulous is definitely a looker. The kit makes heads turn and no doubt about it. It breaks the shape completely. Great choice!
The Wald kit for my W124 is arriving today! And 18" Luftdrag FS5 I'm waiting for the feight company to call me as I type.......
18" Luftdrag for $150 each! What a bargain!
