E-350 cigarette lighter not working

Need lighter for iPhone 7 charger, no power seems to be flowing into the charger. Guessing the fuse or circuit is blown. Any easy fixes?

Are you checking it with the ignition on, because the default fuse position is to power on then and not with the ignition off.

Call me Captain Obvious, but in your OP you mention "Guessing the fuse or circuit is blown..."
Have you actually CHECKED the fuse?

Did this ever get resolved? Mine doesn't work. I changed the fuse but still no go.

Mine had corrosion. Used a dremel polishing bit to clean off the oxidation and dirt on the female light socket.

Are you aware that all three 12v ports in the vehicle each have their own fuse? And if you find the solution as to what the problem was, please post your solution.
