2006 W211 E320 CDI Reverse, Turn Signal, Brake, Parking and 4 way Flasher problem

2006 W211 E320 CDI Reverse, Turn Signal, Brake, Parking and 4 way Flasher problem
This model replaces all the bulbs in one unit.
I have replaced both sides with new Mercedes Original Parts matched to the VIN.
The problem continues.
REVERSE: I have a left reverse light and NO right reverse light.
Turn Signal: both work on the left only the outside works on the right.
PARKING: I have only the inside bulb on the left and both on the right.
Brake: nothing on the left, nothing on the right.
4 Way Flasher: both on the left and only the outside on the right.
The Multi Functional display in the center of the speedometer is not indicating any problems or bulbs out.
Help please

Put it on a diagnostic system. Most likely you have a bad SAM but at the least the test will narrow your options. I find it unlikely multiple wires to multiple lights got crossed and/or broken simultaneously.

I also think SAM but curious as to why the bulb monitor does not indicate a fault? Is something else going on?
4 way flasher is activated from the red triangle under the radio. It is used to warn others that you are slowing quickly in traffic as in on freeway or when stopped at the side of the road. It flashes on all 4 corners of the car to warn front and rear.

08 clk63, 06 E55, 05 c55, 14 ml350, 98 pathfinder. Have owned cl55, s55, cls55, c230, cl500, cls500
Dealing with similar tail light issues on a 2006 cls500. Right brake light doesn't work, dim taillights. No malfunctions on cluster. Ordered rear sam. Should have it in this coming week. I'll let you know how it works out.

just saying, u might confuse others with the 4 way flasher phrase...emergency lights is the widely used word
it's the same thing.
