Rear Differential to Subframe Mount Bushing

My car is 2008 W211 BlueTec (VIN: WDBUF22X58B236356) with just over 150,000 miles on it.

Wile checking things out in preparation for differential oil change next weekend, I noticed there is only one rubber bushing and empty hole for another one.

MB dealer part diagram shows only one bushing being used, but it sure looks odd when looking at it while under the car!

Just curious, if other members have noticed this and is this really how it should be or did one bushing fall off?

Rear differential to suspension crossmember rubber bushing.

I've looked around a bit and from I've seen, there is only one bushing. We have one available and when I took a look at it, there is only one bushing as well. It does seem odd. My only guess would be the sub-frame is used between different models and perhaps a different model may utilize that whole. Perhaps somebody else will chime in with more information!

Old post but, this is how it should be, on the AMG versions 55 and 63 there are two bushes.

I wonder if there would be any benefit in adding the other bushing, or if it would just increase NVH unnecessarily.

Looks like a standard 12 point drive. I’ve seen them on Mercedes head bolts. Probably 12mm but I can’t tell the size from the image.

Where is it? The bushing looks like a Torx screw.

That would be the external XZN socket. Size, not quite sure as I've not yet needed to play with them. Only with hub nut on VW and BMW what goes with the XZN's. But what I googled, I *think* that size is corresponding to the thread size of the bolt. At least many advert them from size M12 to M18, for example.
