W211, 2004 model

AIR CONDITIONING PROBLEM

Hello, I have a Mercedes Benz e class w211, 2004 model. I have an issue with the ac, it does not bring cold air when the car is in low speed or parked. but when I am driving the car on high speed, above 40km ph everything is okay, The fan works, the blower also seems to work and also when i check the ac pipes inside the bonnet are very cold. can any one help

Likely low on refrigerant and you have a leak if cooling is adequate at speed.
w211 should blow minimum low 40’s or into high 30’s at idle in almost any ambient temp with a fully working system.
