I don't know if it has been fixed or not... but I know throughout all the discussion, mine never had that problem.

I got in the car after not driving it for almost two weeks. Turned it on, Track 9, CD6 came up. I am pretty sure it worked that way before I put in the Euro COMAND too.

I think the COMAND 43/03 update is supposed to fix the track problem. Annoying problem. I'll find out when I go in for service next week.

Didn't some people have the problem with Audio 50? Because I remembered this problem before the 2004 models came out. Maybe I am just remembering incorrectly.

Various bulletins have been issued to correct a number of different audio issues. The most recent is P-B-82.85/325b which also refers to the latest audio gateway software 49/03. BTW, mine has always started where it left off - since day 1.

Yes, the changer will play burnt CDs. My car is a 2004, which I picked up in January, and I'm currently experiencing problems with Command reading the correct track # after powering up.

I use CD copies and have no problems with them. The CD starts right where it left off at shutdown. The player displays the album name and track title on newer CDs that have that information encoded on them.
