LogicLabTuning Tuned My ECU - 2005 W211 E500 - Chicago
Here is my experience, for anyone that is looking to have their ECU tuned.
I looked online and found a forum post from someone called LogicLabTuning offering really cheap tunes ($250) I went on the website, and sent an email to them.
A week later I got a reply from a guy named Victor (Vic) and we talked on the phone about it. He came to my house one night and pulled some data from my vehicle, he was very friendly.
Next morning he came and uploaded the tune, he seemed to know what he was doing. THE TUNE IS LEGIT AND WORKS (93 OCTANE)
He used his device to "reset adaptations" but I don't think it did anything. What I recommend you do is unplug the negative terminal on your battery for a few hours, then go fill up at a Shell with 93 Octane, and go on the highway and do a couple of high speed pulls.
Car will run a lot better! Also change spark plugs cus that's an easy 5whp you can Restore if your car is older.

He didn't give you the flash tool for it? Seeing how their site shows the cheapest tune being $550 you might have gotten scammed. From my understanding with my EC tune and MyGenius flash tool it's married to the car after it's been used.
A week for a reply is also inexcusable. I've always received same or next business day replies from EC when asking them questions. When I sent in my stock tune file to them he had the new one sent back to me in less than 10 minutes.
BTW, resetting the adaptions and unplugging the battery for awhile basically do the same thing.

any idea how to prepare car for "transmission adaptation" besides just pulling the battery?
my car shifts slow like a grandma drove it for the first 100,000 miles. I know with my old cars it takes some time to learn your driving habits for the ecu/map/other stuff I dont know anything about
