2005 4matic rear differential noise

2003 E500
2005 4matic rear differential noise
I bought another E500 4matic for my wife but rear diff started making noise. I know you can buy bearing set and do it your self but I found a rear diff from a 2006 E350 4matic with low miles wondering if it will fit on E500?

as i know, 06 "E350 4-Matic" using "3.27" diff. Ratio, while your 03 "E500" comes with "2.82" diff. Ratio,,
don't think it will work, unless if you reprogram you TCU, for Ratio adaptation..!,,
prefer to get "2.82" Ratio, for direct replacement, this Ratio can be found on "E270CDI/E500".
