Ok but the OP asked about ventilated rotors and ventilated rotors are much thicker. I might be wrong but I don't think you can call drilled rotors ventilated rotors.

You can easily find ventaliated rotors that fit his existing calipers. Drilled, slotted or blank.
editing my comment here. No you can’t. Drilled and slotted yes but ventaliates are too wide for calipers.

because ventilated rotors are at least double the thickness of solid non-ventilated rotors how is this possible without changing out the stock calipers? Go to a MB parts guy and ask if its possible to switch out the solid rears for ventilated. If you do your own brake maintenence you will see the rear calipers wont accomodate a thicker rotor.

Ah I understand you guys now. I wonder if the caliper will still fit the thicker rotor after pistons are compressed?
i saw this on another forum. Would be worth a call if these would need a caliper replacement. The guy didn’t mention it.
My 2007 E550 4-Matic Sport came with cross-drilled front and solid rear from factory, but since I do a lot of canyon runs and "performance" driving I opted for going with R1 Concepts front and rear cross-drilled/ventilated rotors and they are really really nice.
i saw this on another forum. Would be worth a call if these would need a caliper replacement. The guy didn’t mention it.
My 2007 E550 4-Matic Sport came with cross-drilled front and solid rear from factory, but since I do a lot of canyon runs and "performance" driving I opted for going with R1 Concepts front and rear cross-drilled/ventilated rotors and they are really really nice.

Another guy says this which still keeps a solid rear but a better look.
I just replaced my rotors and pads. I had ventilated front and solid rear as stock. I replaced them with ventilated cross drilled and slotted front and solid cross drilled and slotted rear with ceramic pads all around and 3 sensors. NO NOISE whatsoever, and most important of all...NO BRAKE DUST! And the cross drilled and slotted may or may not have benefits and may be just for show...but its a show that I like to watch.

What brand of Ceramic Brake Pads did you install?
I want to replace my OE Jurid Pads with Brembo or Akebono Ceramic.
