Please help loose suspension part, see video

(SEE UPPER LEFT CORNER OF VIDEO)

Under my car and shot this video. Left driver side rear suspension has excessive play.
Notice at about 33 seconds the upper control arm (I think) is moving ALOT.
The right side does NOT do this, and there is also clunking heard from The cabin.
So do I have a bad rear upper control arm or something else?
Pleeeeeeeeaaase help!!
Looks like part number 7 is 👎??

If the bushing is moving that much it should be very obvious if you put a pry bar in the bushing and move it. It will probably have a large tear. With alignment costs to consider, it may be prudent to replace all front arms and realign once.

that said, upper arms typically last longer since less twisting movement compared to lower arms.

Hey Buddy thanks for responding! So would you agree from the video that the upper rear control arm is the problem? What did you think of the video? Like you mentioned, I could use a pry bar to confirm the extra play and movement and will probably find a large tear on a bushing. I do have an unlimited alignment plan. Have a great day.
