Lower front control arm bushings W211/W210

I have my control arms out and need to replace the bushings. The tool I bought from FCP does not work with the 4matic arms only the thrust arms. I did find this tool but it says it is for the W210 chassis. My bushings look exactly the same but I just want to make sure its the right tool for the job. Thanks!

I purchased a bushing press and pull kit and did all bushings front and rear on my car. $110 for the kit, well made, not particularly fast but it works. You'll want to use a ratchet box-end wrench.

Awesome, thanks for that. I did get the large bushing out but the two small ones will not budge. I went around with my 3lb. hammer and chisel and it raised the metal lip up but the bushing still will not come out. I resorted to buying anew arm but I am still determined to remove the bushings.

you just have to keep working around it. It will come out. What you can also do is once it’s got started, put an appropriately sized socket through with extension and whack it out. Then remove the metal adapter whatever it is, reattach to the other bushing still in and repeat. Basically just get it started with the punch around the lip then whack it out
