ESP ABS error

Ok This should be an easy one. I replaced the front wheel bearings on the car today. Never had a code on the car. Took the car for a test drive wheel bearing noise was gone, but ESP ABS comes up on the instrument panel. What did I do wrong? All I did was move the brake caliper out of the way and hung it up. Removed the rotor. Then removed the hub to remove the bearings. Put it all back together and now this. What gives?
Thanks for the help.

The ABS speed sensor. What and where does it detect speed?

I watched the video. I understand where the sensor is. What is it reading from? I know the rear has a ring that the sensor pickups from. What is the front on picking up from?

It has to pick it up from one of the collars on the end of the axle as that is what it lines up with. I have done an axle swap but did not have your issue so I cant say with absolute certainty. Sry man...

I don't have front axles like that. Just spindles. Rear wheel drive.

What kind of wheel bearing was it? Search the old threads. Seems like a very common problem. Only the MB seal for the wheel bearing is good, all the aftermarket ones seem to cause exactly this type of problem. Assuming you didn't damage the wheel speed sensor.

Well not sure it was the seals. I ordered 2 new MB seals and will install next Tuesday. I will also make sure they will be flush with the hub. Not drive them as far as they will go
