'04 E320 Prices

Hey guys, I'm new to this forum, and I am going to be purchasing my first Mercedes Benz! I was wondering what a good price would be on a '04 E320. I know there are alot of factors that are in play while determining the price of the car, however I do want to make sure I am getting a reasonable price. I would hate for my first MB experience to be a bad one. I dont really need too many options.

The options I want are:
Sunroof
Navi
Heated Seats
CD Changer

I am pretty young and cant really afford all the options, however I think the car would still be fine with everything I listed above. I was quoted $50,200 + Tax, Title, Reg, and everything else like that. Does that sound like a good price???

If you guys could list how much you guys paid for your E320's along with the options that you got, that would be awesome too. Thanks

hey, i just bought an E320 with apperance pkg./w nav and the car cost 50,500, but for the option that you want that would be with the premium pkg. and you would probably pay about the same.

If you're in the US, I understand that substantial dealer incentives for left-over 04's have been offered within the past two weeks.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe MarcusBenz was offering some 6K off MSRP for some E320s right?

I live in chicago, and yes I am purchasing a New E320 from Marcus Benz.........I will be flying out there to pick the car up, once the deal is all sealed. No one can beat the House!
