2009 Mercedes E350 4 matic (Amg Sport)

2009 E350 Big Star Grille (With Pic)

Hi everyone, I just wanted to know what you guys think of the new grille i installed on my 2009 W211 (Amg Sport).
I purchased it from a seller on eBay about a week ago. Thoughts?

I’ve got the same grille on a 2008 E350. Totally changes the appearance of the fro t of the car. Really like it.

Both ways look great to be truthfully honest. I think its a matter of just a matter of personal preference
The oem grille with hood star is classic/original and the big star grille looks more sporty and aggressive.

I really was there was a way to install the illuminated star, does anyone have any ideas?

My personal view is I think the big one looks pretentious. Much prefer the understated and classy look of the original. There again I don't like noisy exhausts, flashy wheels and dark tint, so what do I know.

Perhaps my welded chrome chain steering wheel, non-functional, sealed-off chrome exhaust side-pipes, 50 thousand watt stereo, and dangling Xmas decorations adorning the front window, may not garner the adulation I envisioned when I considered posting pictures here.

I stumbled onto this section (W211 non AMG), but think the star looks great! Been running mine ever since I bought mine in 2010.

No worries, those are CLS55 rims, I have a set 19” on my car. I might can get one in 18”. Front or rear?

Should have stayed with the stock grill.

MSG 55G has the only W211 that I've seen with the Star grill where I think it looks ok. It just works with his car.

I think it looks ok but I would stay with the stock grill your car looks great you don’t want to add to much ,it’s your car if it makes you happy then leave it on
you can always switch it if you change your mind
