strange noise when turning left (please help)

Angry strange noise when turning left (please help)
I watched all the ''car noise'' YouTube videos I could find but none of them are similar to this one.

My 2006 W211 is driving me nuts, I've gone to multiple mechanics but none of them can figure out what is causing this noise. It only makes it once or twice a day ONLY when turning left.

I finally managed to capture it on video and I would really be grateful if someone shared a possible solution. Every help is high appreciated.

Maybe some better mechanics? CV joint, wheel bearing, ball joints, tie rods, sway bar link, all those got checked?

hahah yes I know I need to find better mechanics but I live in Albania and have limited options, I'm trying to learn as much as I can myself.

I'll replace the CV joint and the wheel bearings today and if it keeps making the noise I'll replace the ball joints, tie rods and the sway bar link.

@rodneypierce hey, thanks for trying maybe increase the volume a bit? its the only video I have and its totally random as I cannot recreate the noise when I want to.

I would suggest checking them instead of just replacing them. For CV joints, make sure that there aren't any rips in the boots and that the grease hasn't leaked out. For it to be making noise, it might have leaked out a while ago. Wheel bearings can be checked by trying to move the tire at the top and bottom and see if there's any wiggle. That's why I suggested a new mechanic, should be able to just check those items instead of throwing parts at it.

Are you referring to the hum sound in the video? If so Its not CV joint. what speed does this occur? If its the hum, could be in the power steering rack. At what angle of steering does this occur? Always same angle?

I went to another mechanic and asked specifically for the CV joints to get checked and they're fine. I also asked them for the Wheel bearings and after testing they came out fine too. Thanks for the help again. I'll try till I find a mechanic that has had the same problem

Yes the hum sound. I bought a used power steering rack and its not that one unfortunately. It usually happens at the same angle, always when i move the steering wheel just a little bit to the left and it never happens when I'm too fast, Its never happened at more than 50km/h. Thanks for taking time to watch the video and reply, appreciated

the hum sound video is no longer available, but when I heard it before it sounded like a hydraulic fluid hum, so maybe the rack.
