Just purchased an 04 white E-500 with light stone interior, AMG sports package, premium package, rear seat package, wood steering wheel. Love the car, would have liked to be able to order it with panoramic sunroof, keyless, distronic. However, I was lucky enough to find one sitting (hidden amongst hundreds of other E's) at Fletcher Jones MB in Newport Beach, CA after all of the dealers in Southern California told me that the car wasn't available and it had to be ordered, possibly a 2005. Went to Fletcher Jones, saw it and bought it!!!

No regrets, the car is awesome. I am looking into getting the Renntech software and carbon airbox, heard good things about this setup. Any suggestion on this mod???

Congrats! Beautiful color combo, we relly like the stone but with the kids I thought it wise to stay with black. There is a Renntech supercharged E500 over here in Scottsdale that is quite the monster if you really want to live large.

 

White is a great color. Let us know how you like the Renntech upgrade. I was thinking of sending my ECU to Renntech to get it "chipped".

sounds awesome!congratulations!! At Mercedes Benz of Fresno, there is one with the AMG sports package in Tectite grey, but I don't know if it's a 320 or 500(saw it driving by the dealership)...it looked awesome though!!

Did you see that White W-211 that they have sitting on the showroom floor that has the panoramic sunroof? Didn't have the Stone interior though, but it was the only car they had with that roof. It had the appearance package. They couldn't be bothered taking us over to their storage lot, so I'm sure there were other interesting cars there. Kept pushing for us to order NOW which I didn't want to do because I knew we will be ordering the CDI which as you may know is not available in California.

We were there to check out that panoramic sunroof feature plus colors (Designo) prior to ordering which we'll most likely have to do out-of-state because we will be getting the CDI.
