Multiple trouble codes, falling into neutral randomly

I thought I fixed this by changing out the conductor plate months ago but it's haunting me again

So for about 6 months I've had the abs/esp malfunction on my dash but didn't do anything about it. About 2 weeks ago the abs light turned off and the malfunction warning on my dash went away. Yesterday, as I was driving, the abs light came on and the transmission went into neutral, shifted into 2nd, and then went back into neutral. I pulled over, turned it off, then turned it back on and it didn't do it again. Today this happened again but it did not go into 2nd.

As I already said I changed out the conductor plate already and haven't had an issue falling out of gear since at least December.

Trouble Codes:
P2400 Right rear wheel speed implausible (current and stored)

P2500 Trans. ratio impermissible (stored)

P2561 2nd gear implausible or slipping (stored)

P2222 Y3/6b1 or Y3/6s1 signal is implausible (stored)

Driving the car has no issues shifting other than the freak incidents

I changed out all of the wheel speed sensors today

Help would greatly appreciated

wash all the wheel wells with a power washer. Find the TCM make sure it's dry disconnect the connectors and plug them back in. After find all the ground terminals under the hood lossen them and wiggle them around and tighten back up. Reset codes and start the car and see.

Very interesting set of faults here: ABS screwing the TCU in LM.

Concentrate on fixing the ABS/ESP Module. It is sending bad data to TCU that is going nuts with unexpected speed values provided to it... forcing TCU into Limp-Mode.

From what you say... this was there before new conductor plate and still now, the same exact problem.

(FYI: ESP/ABS is built without soldering connector pins... Bosch engineers like this to be a solderless module).

You've to get that ESP to behave or else it will keep on delivering chaos. Meaning ESP issue may be more than a simple "one wheel issue".... Try to fix that wheel then see...
