Ligts adjustment, is it possible?

I have H7 bulb there. Problem is, that it's pointing in the sky, really high
Is it possible to adjust it?

There's one thing, that bothers me. In the video, he adjusts regular lights, but mine, are fine, only one, of this extra, for driving at night in empty roads, is pointing up. If I start adjusting, won't it make regular light lower than it should?

but still, if I start turning that screw, won't I change main light? I need only high beam to be lowered...

Means, I understood it correct, adjusting screw, doesn't work with that type of light? Only with main, road ligts, other should be adjust as well, in the same time, when turning the screw?
I know, there was tiny crash, bumper was changed, but it can't be body problem, because main light is correct. It has to be sth inside, that's broken? Sorry, for weird questions, but I'm not an expert, at all, learning now
