Notice what looks like an iDrive knob on the console. The rest of the dash looks like a BMW knock off. As does the trunk lid.
Is MB saying the 745 was ahead of its time?

Look like Mercedes doesn't want the award for "ugliest interior" to go to BMW. Sure they will get that prestigious trophy back w/ the new S interior design.
The body doesn't fair any better: trunk lid is also copy from that horendous 745.
Audio is the only player now that knows how to build large & luxury sedan.

Now we know where Bangle got his idea from!!!
Also, I though Lexus just introduced a revised LS430 for '04. There is another revision for '06?

The car illustrated is a Toyota Crown Majesta, an upscale model that Toyota presently does not export to North America. Whether they might in the future, and whether it would be the next iteration of the Lexus LS, is a matter of speculation on the discussion boards concerned with that sort of thing.

While I can't see the symbol either, what I can see is the basic design of the wheel, which if you look at the pictures of the next generation ML, it has the same basic design.

BMW E60 M5 - '08
I find it hard to believe that the first pic is a MB. It looks more like a restyled 7-series. It makes sense to me that it could be a restyled 7 series because:
- Seat controls on door is more accessible than the seat controls on the side of the center console where it currently is on the 7.
- Multiple control buttons below the NAV screen to act as 'hotkeys' instead of relying on the I-drive to do everything. Owners want fast easy access and not have to read a 1000pg manual trying to change a radio channel.
- A/c vents look very BMW-ish
- Hotbuttons on the steering wheel is very BMW-ish, even the graphics on the buttons.

The steering column controls look just like the 7's and the door *** looks like it too
bmw is coming out with a re-worked 7 in 05 i think that just may be the int.
