My pursuit for e550 didn't materialize and i ended up buying like new mint 2007 e350 with 95.000km.
It's as clean as they come and its pretty much loaded with everything.
One owner, no accidents local car.
I typically want to do few maintenance things like spark plugs oil change etc but was wondering if someone can guide me to the mercedes w211 maintenance manual to make sure i do the things they recommend to be done by this km.
Uber happy about it as it feels like new car, no idea who had this car but they took care of it big time.
You're looking for the Flexible Service System. It's loaded into Central Gateway and you can access it via the instrument cluster. Just keying into the proper folder/file and it will give you mileage until the next service and an estimate of how long it should take (Service "A" through "H"; 1 through 8 hours). You can then access the FSS and one of the choices is a drop down menu telling you a list of service numbers. Those numbers correspond to the maintenance to be performed. The computer calculates service interval by time and mileage (my last service my car informed me I was overdue for a brake fluid flush).
Go to the following link and download the instructions to access FSS; the last two pages provide definitions of the service numbers (e.g. Service 7 replace spark plugs, Service 8 replace coolant, etc): https://mbworld.org/forums/w211-amg/...ml#post7937056
When FSS is done properly, the CGW maintains a record of the work performed on the car; you can access it via STAR. So, if you do not have copies of previous maintenance, if the work was performed according to FSS at a dealer or a competent indy or competent previous owner, all services will be listed. https://mbworld.org/forums/w211-amg/...ml#post7250102
