Any suggestions were to look for xentry at a decent price/quality?

@BenzNinja forum sponsor can tell you how to rent Xentry unit without even buying it.
Inquire if they can help you remotely troubleshoot your tranny conductor...

All right, now that you have an expert tool on hand, your next task is to learn enough to get your shaft to spin.

I have just now reread your thread and my understanding is that we concluded issue was intermal.
We considered what live data we could using Launch cReader. The Xentry is going to let you run a collection of factory tests like no other tool can You have the expert tool.

Concentrate on testing your conductor plate with Xentry.
Also test the tranny ISM shifter module data with engine running. This gets tranny out of P into D: just what you want to see.

I can’t find the conductor plate menu in the xentry software, so I’m not able to shift out of park with it.
